​Who We Are

After transitioning to a vegan lifestyle over a decade ago our Head Chef, Michelle Rosica, started altering the traditional recipes she grew up on to align with these new cruelty-free values. She has over 15 years of experience in the food + restaurant industry working in some of Central Florida’s favorite plant-based establishments.

Cruelty-Free Cuisine strives for sustainability for our planet by using organic ingredients, supporting local farmers + artisans, as well as having minimal waste by using recyclable containers to store meals, purchasing bulk or items in sustainable packaging + by reducing the amount of food waste from unused ingredients.

We believe these small changes can affect our planet’s future in a big way, while still enjoying all the classic flavors we grew up eating!​
